Role Description We’re looking for an exceptional and visionary Group Chief Pharmacist to join Practice Plus Group Hospitals on a 2‑year fixed term contract (37.5 hours per week). This is a rare and high‑profile opportunity to take on a national, system‑level leadership role, shaping the future of pharmacy services across one of the UK’s leading independent healthcare providers. You’ll play a pivotal role during a period of significant organisational transformation, leading the redesign of pharmacy services and supporting the expansion into new clinical specialities including specialist medicine and oncology. Working at executive level, you’ll provide strategic and professional leadership across all sites, ensuring pharmacy is positioned as a key driver of quality, innovation and growth across the organisation. This is a remote role with regular travel across PPG hospitals and head office.
