The position As our team grows and campaigns scale, we’re hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to keep us aligned, consistent, and moving fast across channels. This role is the connective tissue of the marketing organization - equal parts project manager, partner wrangler, content integrator, and brand steward. You’ll connect the dots across brand, product marketing, PR, content, growth, and creative to ensure campaigns are cohesive, well-briefed, and well executed. You’ll play a critical role in keeping calendars and launches on track, creative tightly aligned to strategy, our PR engine supported, and our brand consistent across every surface. What You’ll Do Integrated Campaign & GTM Execution - Support execution of brand and product go-to-market campaigns from brief through launch - Translate high-level strategy into clear campaign plans with defined timelines and deliverables - Align messaging and assets across social, lifecycle, paid, blog, partnerships, and earned media Product Marketing Integration - Partner closely with Product feature launches and key product moments - Manage cross-channel execution plans based on point.me positioning and messaging frameworks - Ensure product narratives are consistent across lifecycle marketing, campaign creative and content - Coordinate launch timelines across Brand, Growth, PR, and Lifecycle - Help operationalize GTM plans so nothing slips between strategy and execution Creative & Editorial Briefing - Write clear, strategic briefs for creative, lifecycle marketing, and design teams - Brief editorial writers with strong narrative direction and messaging guardrails - Coordinate campaign kickoffs and manage cross-functional feedback loops - Work with marketing leadership to ensure all creative and content ladders back to campaign objectives and brand standards PR & Content Integration - Partner closely with PR and our Editor-in-Chief to align campaign timing with media outreach and pitches - Coordinate messaging frameworks, talking points, and supporting assets for PR moments - Ensure earned media efforts feel integrated — not bolted on Marketing Calendar & Cross-Functional Alignment - Maintain the master marketing calendar - Create visibility across Product, Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, Partnerships, and PR - Flag risks early and bring structure to fast-moving initiatives Brand Stewardship & Quality Control - Act as a brand steward across campaigns, partnerships, and external-facing content - Maintain campaign documentation and key messaging frameworks - Serve as a detail-oriented final pass before major launches What We’re Looking For - 4–7+ years of experience in marketing, brand, product marketing, or integrated campaign roles - Experience managing cross-channel campaigns - Proven ability to brief creative and editorial teams clearly and effectively - Experience collaborating with PR teams on launches and media moments - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Clear communicator who is comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders - Strong instincts for brand, storytelling, and campaign pacing You’ll Thrive in This Role If You - You’re energized by keeping 10 things moving at once, not just finishing one big project - You notice when messaging feels off-brand before anyone asks you to - You’d rather over-communicate a risk than let it become a problem - Are the most organized person in the room - Care deeply about quality without getting stuck in perfection Reporting This role reports to the Head of Brand & Comms and works closely with Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, Organic Social, Creative, and PR partners. The Position We’re looking for a Senior Manager of BizOps to join our BizOps and Analytics team. You’ll primarily work with our Commercial team to develop business cases, pitch decks, and strategies that will accelerate point.me’s B2B partnership motion with Financial Institutions, FinTechs, and Loyalty Programs. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in core company business operations – helping drive strategic planning, building and maintaining KPIs, and supporting regular business reviews with leadership. What You'll Do Commercial Strategy & Enablement (70-80%) - Partner with Commercial leadership to build data-driven business cases and ROI modeling for Financial Institution, FinTech, and Loyalty Program partnerships. - Create polished pitch decks and narrative frameworks that clearly articulate point.me’s value proposition, product capabilities, and partnership opportunities. - Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, competitive analysis, and market segmentation to inform partner strategy. - Support deal strategy and structuring for commercial opportunities, including pricing frameworks and multi-product proposals. - Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to align partner needs with roadmap, analytics, and financial models. Business Operations (20-30%) - Support company-wide strategic planning cycles (quarterly and annually) with analyses, scenario modeling, and structured recommendations. - Build, refine, and own key business metrics dashboards in partnership with Data & Finance. - Drive preparation for and assist with facilitation of recurring business reviews (Weekly Business Reviews, Executive Syncs, Board prep) and help elevate insights to leadership. - Evaluate strategic opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and business performance trends, then translate insights into actionable plans and proposals. - Assist with ad hoc special projects and cross-functional initiatives across the company. Prior startup experience strongly preferred. - Deep experience building business cases, financial models, and structured analyses, preferably for enterprise partnerships. - Highly skilled at cultivating strong cross-functional relationships across all levels, from junior employees to executives. - Exceptional deck-building and narrative development capabilities to transform insights into compelling, partner-facing materials. - Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive clarity, alignment, and execution to unstructured problems. - Experience working in Financial Services, FinTech, Travel, or Loyalty is a strong plus, but not required.
