• Work in conjunction with National Mobile Sales Manager to lead PXG’s field sales • Foster hub relationships and green grass accounts to drive field sales • Identify, develop and implement strategic business opportunities to achieve field sales objectives • Develop sales forecasts; interpreting results/providing recommendations • Regularly track sales promotions for effectiveness • Provide high level of customer service to existing customers • Regularly engage prospects for future partnerships and foster long-term relationships • Work across PXG teams to identify, recommend and implement improvements • Partner with Department Heads to ensure alignment between teams and resolve issues • Select, hire, train and coach teams to achieve high level performance
