Role Description As a Customer Support Operator, you’ll be the voice of Picklebet, delivering high-quality, empathetic, and real-time support via live chat and email. You will: - Champion our customers: Own live chat and email conversations, solving everything from complex betting queries to technical glitches with speed and personality. - Deliver industry-leading support: Build strong relationships with our customers while thriving in a fast-paced, real-time environment where priorities can shift quickly. - Keep gaming safe: Support our Responsible Gambling commitments by identifying potential signs of customer harm, following safer gambling procedures, and helping maintain a safe and fair experience for all customers. - Bridge the gap to tech: Investigate customer feedback, escalate bugs and improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve the platform experience. - Grow with us: This is a genuine entry-level role into the gaming space with opportunities to progress as our operations scale.
