Requirements - Tailored onboarding to get you confident in telehealth delivery at Pinq. - Shadowing your senior virtually to refine your approach before seeing clients independently. - Senior buddy available for real-time clinical questions at any time. - Weekly 1:1 supervision with a clinically aligned Team Leader within the online team. - Monthly clinical case reviews and in-services. - Access to telehealth-specific resources, apps, games, and technology. - $350 tech budget + mobile + Laptop and monitor provided. - Internal PD + $1000 external PD budget to expand your expertise. - Average ~5 clients/day with structured progression. - Everything counts: session planning, notes, calls, and admin are billable. - Dedicated admin day for reporting and planning. - KPIs realistic and achievable. - Flexibility to schedule your sessions around your life. - Full support from senior clinicians and Team Leader.
