Senior Software Engineer

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive the design and development of scalable AI systems that deliver meaningful impact across the organization. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, guiding the team in productionizing and maintaining our GenAI workflows for information extraction and document generation. Responsibilities - Design and implementation of reliable, maintainable, and scalable GenAI systems in production. - Serve as a subject matter expert for machine learning systems owned by the team. - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and design collaboration. - Design, evaluate, and implement GenAI systems and workflows for information extraction and document generation. - Ability to take a proof of concept and turn it into a production-capable system. - Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into high quality, production-ready ML solutions. - Present findings, insights, and system results to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications - Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field. - 3-5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying scalable production applications. - Strong proficiency in Python. - Hands-on experience of distributed computing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD frameworks). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to haves - Experience with prompt engineering, RAG systems, and LLM evaluation. - Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen). - Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Temporal) for managing complex ML/GenAI pipelines. - Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns. - Experience evaluating and mitigating LLM risks (hallucinations, bias, safety). Role Description Legal Intake Representatives are also known as Inside Sales Representatives. Our LIR team members will follow a sales process based on warm leads prompted by Veterans who seek assistance earning their disability benefits. This position is remote and based out of our Gainesville, Florida office. We are currently hiring for the following schedules: - Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm EST. 3 Openings - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. 2 Openings Responsibilities include: - Managing a high daily call volume, consistently executing approximately 100-200 calls per day. - Selling and presenting a private medical consulting service to U.S. Military Veterans who need assistance with pursuing the VA disability benefits for which they qualify. - Effectively establishing rapport, demonstrating compassion, presenting our company value, and creating motivation with veteran clients to gather necessary documents to help build an initial review strategy designed to help the veteran client gain all eligible disability compensation. - Strong ability to articulate thoughts in a precise and professional manner so veteran clients are clear on our process to assist. - Entering and updating veteran client information into CRM system. - Managing assigned leads efficiently as directed by leadership. - Meeting minimum daily performance and activity metrics. - Resolving veteran objections, concerns, and issues. - Ability to effectively communicate Initial Review Claim path to veterans to gain interest in our services. - Ability to gain commitment from veteran by getting their signature on our Medical Consulting Services Agreement which contains terms, fees, and details of payment to be rendered by client. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. - High school Diploma or Equivalent; A.S. in Business preferred. - One year of metrics-based telephone sales or account management experience. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Computer proficiency with MS Office, Google based documents, CRM, and proprietary software applications. - Achieve established daily, weekly, and monthly goals. - Manage veteran contacts through CRM to ensure proper notation of actions. - Effectively overcome objections and concerns to keep qualified veterans interested in getting our assistance. - Active listening skills on each call with the ability to retain information while multitasking through software applications including concise and accurate notation in CRM to complete calls in a timely and efficient manner. - Minimum internet speed of 10 Download/5 Upload.
