• Manage and optimize the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the fleet (light- and heavy-duty vehicles) • Monitor maintenance KPIs (availability, MTBF, MTTR, cost per km, cost per asset) • Analyze recurring failures and propose structural actions to increase fleet reliability • Control and monitor maintenance costs, identifying opportunities for reduction • Manage suppliers (workshops, dealerships, parts and services), ensuring quality, SLAs and appropriate costs • Validate maintenance estimates/budgets and ensure adherence to technical standards • Monitor and audit the execution of maintenance services • Ensure correct completion of checklists, inspections and operational routines • Standardize maintenance processes and best practices • Support TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) management, with a focus on maintenance costs • Identify opportunities to extend asset useful life • Conduct technical analysis for vehicle replacement and fleet renewal • Work closely with operational teams to minimize downtime/unavailability • Develop maintenance-related management reports and indicators • Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.

• Develop and maintain complex management dashboards and reports (fleet performance, driver behavior, costs and productivity) • Define and automate indicators (KPIs) related to fleet operations (telematics, maintenance, fuel, fines and idle time) • Analyze large volumes of telematics data (speed, RPM, braking, cornering and acceleration) to identify patterns and opportunities • Build analytical models to identify risky behaviors and recommend preventive actions • Perform predictive analyses (e.g., maintenance, consumption, operational failures) • Integrate multiple data sources (telematics, ERP, maintenance systems, fuel systems, etc.) • Support management in monitoring and optimizing TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) • Develop operational efficiency studies and cost-reduction initiatives • Collaborate with operations teams and clients to translate data into practical actions • Propose process improvements based on data and evidence • Act as the technical reference for BI and data within the fleet area.
