• Responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence within the U.S. Federal Government sector. • Identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities for audio visual (AV) & mounting solutions within unified communications, collaboration, and command center technologies across federal civilian agencies and the Department of Defense and other Government offices. • Developing and executing a federal growth strategy. • Building and maintaining relationships with program managers, contracting officers, systems integrators, consultants, and prime contractors. • Leading capture strategies for RFPs, RFIs, and tracking orders related to AV modernization and secure collaboration environments.
• Promote, sell, and secure new business by developing a strong understanding of Peerless-AV products that meet customer needs through existing partners and new partners. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with established accounts, including Pro AV systems integrators, dealers, distributors, indirect partners, specifiers and end user customers. • Actively manage and grow the territory to maximize sales and profits. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Analyze monthly POS reports to identify sales trends and opportunities for expansion. • Prepare reports, forecasts, and other materials as required. • Represent the company at industry events tradeshows, and customer meetings as needed.
