Role Description A payroll specialist at our company, Payroll Consultants, is chiefly responsible for managing our payroll system and ensuring that all employees receive their salaries timely and accurately. This role is challenging and rewarding, suitable for individuals with outstanding math and organization skills. The successful candidate will have minute attention to detail and a passion for numbers, alongside a knack for maintaining the integrity of the financial data of a firm. We are seeking a proficient multi-tasker with excellent time management abilities. - Manage all payroll procedures, ensuring accurateness and timeliness. - Calculate wages, benefits, and deductions. - Prepare reports and deliver statements. - Prepare and process paperwork for new employees. - Set up payroll profiles and maintain accurate payroll files. - Stay up-to-date with labor legislation (federal and state levels) and inform management of any changes impacting payroll. - Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions. - Troubleshoot any errors in the payroll system. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is an advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with payroll software, such as ADP. - At least three years of experience in payroll processing. - Strong knowledge of legislation related to benefits and compensation. - Strong knowledge of tax procedures and wage laws. - Exemplary math skills and ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. Bilingual Legal Case Manager

Role Description We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Legal Case Manager to join our team at Payroll Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client cases, liaising with both internal teams and external contacts, and ensuring timely and accurate results. - Consistently manage a large volume of cases, periodically review and ensure their timely and legal resolution according to the company standards. - Directly communicate with clients in a professional manner to understand their needs and convey updates. - Coordinate with attorneys and other involved parties, preparing required legal documentation and maintaining comprehensive case files. - Handle both inbound and outbound correspondences to resolve client queries and issues in a timely manner. - Identify, escalate and resolve issues impacting the progression of cases or client satisfaction. - Keep track of case statuses and update client records in customer management systems. - Participate in continuous professional development programs including legal research and occasional trainings. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in law or closely related field is required. - Exceptional bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written language (specify the languages as per requirement). - 2-3 years of experience working as a legal case manager dealing with payroll matters. - Knowledge of federal, state and local laws pertaining to payroll and labor practices. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software tools. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
