• Administer and maintain the organization’s database platforms across SQL Server, Azure SQL, Managed PostgreSQL, and InfluxDB • Ensure database availability, reliability, and operational stability for production and non-production systems • Manage database performance and capacity • Own database backup, recovery, and restoration responsibilities • Monitor overall database health and address operational issues • Implement and support database changes, releases, and migrations • Maintain database security and access controls • Support DevOps-related database activities

• Protect the organization’s digital banking systems • Safeguard sensitive member data from cyber threats • Monitor and analyze security events across on-premises and cloud environments • Identify system vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation strategies • Ensure compliance with PCI data and cloud infrastructure

• Planning, executing, and continuously improving employee, leadership, marketing, and culture-driven events • Partnering closely with HR, Marketing, Executive Assistants, Executive Leadership, and internal stakeholders • Leading planning and execution of HR-related and internal events • Providing executive administrative support related to leadership meetings, member events, and strategic initiatives • Leading all logistical components of events, including venue selection, contracts, catering, audiovisual, accessibility, and risk considerations • Measuring event success through engagement metrics, feedback surveys, and post-event insights
