• Lead, coach, and support a team of around 9 engineers within the Runtime function • Create a healthy, high-trust team environment with a strong focus on people management and team care • Drive planning, prioritisation, and execution across complex technical workstreams • Negotiate timelines and delivery trade-offs with stakeholders in a clear and pragmatic way • Build enough technical context to understand architecture discussions and help translate them into executable plans • Partner closely with technical leaders and contributors to keep projects moving and unblock delivery • Improve team ways of working, communication, and delivery predictability in a distributed environment • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members as the organisation grows

• Write and optimise Rust code to build security-critical components and tools • Perform deep manual and automated code reviews to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities • Design and implement machine learning models for automated security analysis, anomaly detection, and threat mitigation • Manage bug bounty submissions, triage security reports, and collaborate with ethical hackers to resolve issues • Work with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle • Identify and assess security risks in our blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and core software • Research and implement the latest advancements in secure coding, ML-driven security, and blockchain security

• Lead feature development through scoping, architecture, deployment, and iteration based on live user data. • Integrate AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) into your daily workflow to accelerate velocity and maximize output. • Navigate ambiguity by exercising sound judgment, filling requirement gaps without waiting for exhaustive specifications. • Deploy MVPs quickly to gather real-world feedback, avoiding over-engineering in favor of momentum and validated learning. • Partner with stakeholders and users to deeply understand pain points and translate them into functional, scalable software. • Work proactively across the organization to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence.

• Draft and format content for social media, blog posts, and external communications • Support the creation and adaptation of technical and product-related content • Assist in managing the content and social media calendar • Coordinate content assets and publish updates • Conduct research on industry trends • Support PR activities including press materials and media research • Track basic content performance metrics

• Documentation Ownership: Own the full developer documentation portfolio • Automation & Testing: Build and maintain automated pipelines • User Journey Design: Map and curate developer user journeys • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work directly with protocol engineers • AI-Enhanced Workflows: Leverage AI to scale documentation quality

• Constantly iterate on the developer tools we use internally and externally. • Hands-on build Web3 app prototypes, identify friction points, eliminate them. • Rinse and repeat • Connect with internal and external developers through hackathons, conferences, forums and provide support, aggregate issues, advocate for solutions • Build Web3 apps and prototypes that further the understanding of how everyday people can use apps built on Web3 principles • Create, review, update developer documentation, tutorials, videos and other developer artefacts
