• We are seeking a full-time, remote Associate Director of Provider Marketing. • The Associate Director of Provider Marketing (Associate Director, Outreach & Education) is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and expansion of referrals for current and new logo prospects across the country through obtaining referrals directly from facilities throughout the country. • This Associate Director will be accountable for meetings sales targets established through a Go to Market Individual Compensation Plan (ICP). • Meet or exceed sales goals by developing, maintaining and expanding referrals for current accounts and/or new logo prospects assigned with facilities. • Maintaining intercompany referrals and communications within the enterprise to assure team collaborations within Paradigm. • Build a pipeline for new logo and existing client opportunities capable of meeting or exceeding sales goals. VP of Sales and Director of Provider Marketing will help identify the pipeline expectations for your position. • Identify and engage qualified provider opportunities to directly impact Care at Home services including PAC, HH, DME, O&P and Mods. • Balance their efforts between managing existing relationships as well as pursuing new opportunities. • Input all sales and account information into Salesforce (or similar company sponsored CRM program) on a weekly basis to provide detailed information for personal success, manager knowledge, and knowledge that will be shared across Paradigm business units. • Assist the Senior Director, Post Acute Care Services with any stewardships with key Providers as needed. • Conduct strategy sessions ahead of key account or new logo opportunities with VP of Sales, and any other key stakeholders that may be helpful in closing the sale. • Map and understand customer organizational dynamics and adjust sales strategy to maximize effectiveness.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end AI, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions from concept through production • Apply hands-on expertise to build LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and multi-agent orchestration solutions • Design AI platform capabilities including model selection, LLM routing, retrieval strategies, memory systems, and tool/function orchestration • Lead hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concepts to validate technologies and accelerate adoption • Ensure AI solutions are designed for performance, scalability, observability, privacy, and operational readiness • Define and drive architecture across multiple domains/business segments, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy • Partner with business and technology leadership to shape AI roadmap, priorities, and execution strategy • Establish and promote architecture standards, reusable patterns, and best practices • Drive modernization initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve scalability, resilience, and performance • Implement and guide AI governance, security, responsible AI, and compliance practices • Ensure AI solutions are designed for performance, observability, privacy, and operational readiness • Collaborate across engineering, data, product, and business teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions • Mentor engineers and architects and effectively communicate AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with orthopedic and pain management physician groups to secure network participation contracts. • Utilize proprietary company information/programs as well as non-company systems/programs to identify physician prospects. • Negotiate competitive work comp industry provider rates. • Schedule and perform meetings with C-Level suite executives to discuss advantages of establishing relationships. • Update proprietary programs daily- documenting efforts. • Work with management to train new associates.
• Serve as a resource for Paradigm Clinical Management staff as it relates to financial liability for all provider services and other Contract-related costs. • Partner with Director Clinical Solutions to manage the development of all new Contract budgets. • Research and document patient driven costs and provider rates that drive budget development and management. • Complete all Provider Rate Negotiation (PRN) requests to include accurate documentation of known or estimated financial liability in the system. • Develop relationships with providers, including preferred provider organizations (PPOs), hospitals and specialty providers. • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory, industry and contractual factors to ensure the accurate estimation of Paradigm’s liability. • Collaborate with other internal departments to address and resolve specific patient/provider issues. • Analyze contract budget to actual to evaluate clinical requirements and develop action plans. • Work with the Risk Analytics Team to determine trends and identify improvements that can be made to enhance the accuracy and ease of budget development and/or forecasting. • Utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks and adopt new technologies as trained.
• Providing administrative system support across all risk solutions products. • Executing key operational processes to ensure the smooth operation of all systems. • Assisting with the execution of follow-up tasks derived from quality review audits or functions. • Providing technical assistance to production and quality staff regarding systems support for all contracts across risk products. • Ensuring data integrity through various cleanup projects related to injured worker contracts and clients. • Tracking all customer deliverables to ensure timely submissions that meet the company’s Standards of Performance. • Initiating appropriate action plans for late reports, contracts, or necessary task updates. • Participating in the report review process as required by established workflow procedures. • Collaborating with other internal departments (Budgeting and Data Analytics, Bill Review, and Accounting) to address and resolve specific patient/provider issues that may require data updates. • Participating in company projects that require representation from the Clinical Solutions Delivery teams, as requested by management. • Engaging and facilitating discussions with internal and external personnel regarding assigned administrative tasks. • Performing other administrative duties as requested, including uploading records into ECL, documenting and archiving patient notes, researching patient-specific issues, and tracking deliverables as needed. • Complying with Paradigm IT security requirements and policies.
• Grow and enhance Paradigm’s Provider Network by negotiating contracts • Actively manage a team that involves mentoring/coaching the team • Monitor provider network performance and growth • Focus on growth, efficiency and performance of underdeveloped network segments/geographic locations • Directly manage, provide leadership and mentoring to any direct reports • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider data in organization’s System • Assist with the enforcement of departmental quality assurance processes and procedures • Conduct regular reviews and audits of the provider network to ensure accurate data • Conduct and coordinate provider recruitment efforts • Utilize proprietary company information/programs to identify provider prospects • Recruit and contract with Provider’s • Foster and maintain productive professional relationships with Paradigm providers • Prepare written reports, correspondence, presentations, orientation materials, and other documentation • Perform research and analysis related to Provider network requirements • Conduct market research to identify gaps in the provider network • Facilitate the contracting process with Providers
• Responsible for lifetime medical cost planning for injured workers on an accurate and timely basis. • Participate in the improvement of the process surrounding the estimation of lifetime medical costs. • Support the actuarial function with regards to data analysis of medical claims using database in programming tools. • Create visually appealing and accurate deliverables, including self-service capabilities. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and develop business questions for analytic investigation and modeling. • Utilize applicable data/analytical tools to extract and analyze data (e.g., R, SQL, Excel, Power BI)
• Complete tasks or access data in a number of Paradigm internal systems including EDDG, Tasking, ARCH, Twistle, Cient Instructions, and FirstScript. • Utilize the EDDG workflow and supporting tools (including team meetings, acute bulletin, and team reports) to track documents, prioritize workload, and consistently meet productivity standards and turnaround timelines. • Create documents using approved templates and forms, performing detailed administrative quality assurance to ensure accuracy, completeness, clarity, and adherence to the documentation standards. • Conduct critical reviews for spelling, grammar, punctuation, structure, logic, consistency, and appropriateness, leveraging Microsoft Copilot and/or other AI tools to support writing quality, standardization, and efficiency while applying professional judgment. • Upon completion of document review and quality assurance, submit the finalized documents to the appropriate customer individuals or Paradigm’s Director of Key Accounts (DKA) in accordance with the established guidelines and EDDG workflow timeframes. • Diagnose and resolve issues that arise with business operations across various applications, including EDDG, Tasking, ARCH, Twistle, Client Instructions, and FirstScript. • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes. • Monitor products and services for compliance with quality standards. • Work closely with various departments to strengthen quality initiatives. • Identify, communicate, and collaborate with the team to resolve all obstacles impacting document quality, timeliness, and/or compliance with the guidelines. • Support Document Administrators (DAs) and cross-functional team members, as needed, to achieve quality and timeliness targets, maintain customer standards, and reduce document processing backlogs. • Adhere to the production, quality assurance, and document standards, including any required customer-specific modifications. • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to support continuous process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization. • Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions with cross-functional teams. • Assist in the development, maintenance, and refinement of the procedures, job aids, and instructions related to the DA responsibilities. • Participate as an engaged team member with an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Director of Clinical Solutions (DCS), Clinical Services Associate (CSA II), Operations Coordinator (OC), and DKA. • Ensure that the documents comply with file creation, naming, tagging, and version control standards, with final documents accurately saved in the Paradigm Enterprise Content Library (ECL). • Participate in the testing and validation of new databases, systems, workflows, and process improvements, as requested. • Maintain reliable and predictable attendance during scheduled work hours. • Utilizes AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality. Adopts new technologies as trained and applies them in alignment with established processes and guidelines.
