• This role is highly outbound-driven, and cold calling is the most effective and prioritized channel. • You'll spend a significant part of your day speaking directly with prospects by phone. • Run daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling. • Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers. • Test scripts, objections, and angles directly on calls to accelerate your learning. • Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them. • Track and improve your call performance inside HubSpot.
