About the Role We're looking for a Community & Social Manager who thrives in fast-moving, multi-channel environments. This role sits at the intersection of community building, creator relationships, and social strategy execution. You'll build and run creator/community campaigns, manage day-to-day social community engagement, coordinate events, and monitor brand sentiment across review platforms — all while keeping a sharp eye on what's driving engagement and conversion. This is a hands-on role for someone who can juggle multiple priorities at once, stay extremely organized under pressure, and bring both strategic instinct and operational discipline to the table. Candidates must be based in the NYC area. The role is currently remote, with the possibility of shifting to hybrid in the future. Location: NYC Area required (role is currently remote, with potential shift to hybrid in the future) Reports to: VP, Community Type: Full-time Comp: $95-$110k Based on experience What You'll Do Community & Creator Management - Manage relationships across creator and influencer platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Levanta, CreatorIQ, Shopify affiliates or similar) - Identify, vet, and onboard creators aligned with brand voice and campaign goals - Build and execute creator campaigns from brief to content review to performance recap - Track creator performance and content licensing opportunities (Spark Ads, organic-to-paid conversion, whitelisting) - Cultivate creator relationships beyond the campaign brief, including coordinating and attending in-person touchpoints such as coffee meetings, meals, and brand social events to build authentic, long-term partnerships Social Strategy & Community Engagement - Own day-to-day community engagement across brand social channels (comments, DMs, community interaction) - Execute social strategy aligned with broader brand and marketing goals - Monitor trends and proactively suggest campaign or community opportunities Reputation & Review Management - Monitor and respond to reviews across platforms (e.g., Google, Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, Trustpilot) - Flag recurring product or customer service themes to relevant internal teams - Maintain brand voice and tone across all public-facing responses Events & Collaboration - Coordinate logistics for brand events, activations, and creator collaborations (in-person and virtual) - Attend and support NYC-based events, pop-ups, and creator meetups as needed - Partner cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and product teams to align event strategy with broader campaigns - Own content strategy and capture at brand events and activations, from shot lists to on-site production, ensuring content is optimized for social and community channels Requirements What You Bring - 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or influencer/creator marketing - Must live in the NYC area - Extremely organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously - Hands-on experience with creator platforms and affiliate/licensing tools - Strong writing skills and an ear for brand voice across different channels and audiences - Experience with review/reputation management platforms - Data-curious: comfortable pulling basic performance metrics and translating them into next steps - Event planning and cross-functional event collaboration experience, in-person or virtual - Experience producing or overseeing content at live events (photo/video capture, real-time posting, recap content) - A collaborative, low-ego approach — this role works closely with cross-functional teams - Ability to travel to and attend NYC-based events and corporate meetings, plus periodic travel outside the NYC area for company business (typically 4+ times per year) - Ability to work hybrid in the NYC area as needed Nice to Have - Experience in beauty, wellness, or CPG is a huge plus! - Familiarity with Spark Ads, TikTok Shop, or content licensing models - Basic design or content editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar) Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Employee discounts on Pacifica Beauty products. - A supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, creativity, and innovation. - Meaningful work that makes a positive impact on people and the planet. Position Overview Pacifica is seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and self-directed Director, Strategic National Accounts to lead our three most critical retail partnerships: Walmart, Target, and Ulta. This role owns both the strategic direction and day-to-day management of these accounts, with full responsibility for revenue delivery, margin management, and long-term growth planning. The Director will develop and execute account-specific strategies that drive distribution expansion, productivity improvement, and profitable growth.
