• Own and manage a portfolio of regional and national corporate and foundation partners • Coordinate partnerships across the full lifecycle, from prospecting and proposals to activation, stewardship, and renewal • Develop customized partnership strategies aligned with partners’ business and philanthropic goals • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, reporting, events, volunteer engagement, and growth opportunities • Serve as a trusted, high-touch point of contact for partners, ensuring strong retention and long-term value
