The Fiscal and Operational Support Division provides support services to the Director's Offices and all Utilities divisions including: financial management of the department's two Enterprise Funds and Special Revenue Fund, accounting, information technology, procurement, warehouse and inventory management, facilities maintenance and management, safety administration, communications, and agreements management. HRS_SCH_WRK_DESCR100$1lbl">Job Description HRS_SCH_PSTDSC_DESCRLONG$1">General Functions: HRS_SCH_PSTDSC_DESCRLONG$1">Responsible for performing short-term and/or long term financial and budgetary analysis for assigned area of responsibility. Duties include revenue and expenditure monitoring, developing, distributing and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, and researching and resolving financial issues. Work is performed with independence requiring the exercise of discretion, sound judgment and initiative under the general direction of the assigned supervisor.
