Role Description We are looking for a new enthusiastic senior colleague to join the team Finance Solutions and Data Services inside Orange Services Romania. The role involves activities of deployment and maintenance of Oracle Fusion solution implemented in Orange, for fixed Assets area, assisting the business to use the solution and contributing to testing phases. Below requirements describe an ideal role/mix, however we strongly value the person before us and his/her unique set of skills! What you’ll be doing: - Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets solution design - Write and maintain up to date functional specifications - Involve in testing phases of deployment - Contribute to adoption of the solution by the end users - Contribute to the increase of competencies of business users on the Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets - Troubleshooting and handling issues related to deployment or maintenance of Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets - Alert whenever risks appear on deployment of Fixed Assets area - Run activities: non regression tests, fix bugs, analyze, test and propose solutions for issues & bugs - Act as level of escalation for supervision of inbound/outbound flows deployed for Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets - Responsible for data maintenance & mass upload - Help to keep users guides (FR/EN) up to date - Recommend proactive course of action to maintain smooth operations with minimum risk with respect to new changes and staying informed and explore what's new in the app - Make proof of improvement for business processes Qualifications - Proven experience in run/deployment/support of Oracle EBS Fixed Assets / Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets solutions - Previous professional experience in one or several business areas such as Finance area (focus on Fixed Assets), SQL and REST API/Webservice knowledge - Great team spirit - Very good communication skills: listens carefully; asks appropriate questions to obtain clear understanding of details required for each assignment, speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations - Fluency in English, French is nice to have - Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Finance / Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science Benefits - Performance Bonuses – based on your results & the company’s - Loyalty Bonuses, if you extend your stay - Electronic Meal Tickets - as you imagine - Medical & Life insurance for you - facilities for your family, too - #WFH & Flexible hours - Professional GSM subscription - Personal GSM subscription, also [because we believe in communication!] - Special grants on Smartphones & devices; discounts for Orange products & services - Development Platforms - Orange Learning, Trainings, Career Counselling, Coaching & Career plan mentoring - Wellbeing Programs – we support your Zen
