• Maintain and improve core data infrastructure for a key client account. • Architect and implement critical data foundations for advanced analytics and AI initiatives. • Hands-on development in SQL and Python within modern cloud environments. • Creating high-performance generation pipelines for product models.

• Design web UI, Desktop, and AI-assisted flows from wireframe to final spec, ready for engineering handoff. • Collaborate daily with engineers and PMs to align on requirements, constraints, and tradeoffs before and during design. • Contribute to and maintain shared Figma component libraries and design system documentation. • Design for AI-native surfaces: streaming outputs, loading and uncertainty states, agentic interactions, and dynamic content. • Participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate quickly through multiple rounds. • Help conduct or support usability testing and synthesize findings into actionable design changes

• Solution Leadership: Lead the end-to-end architectural design and technical strategy for complex open-source AI solutions, from initial concept to deployment and optimization. • Client Engagement: Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their business challenges, identifying opportunities for AI innovation, and effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance and recommendations on open-source AI frameworks, libraries, tools, and platforms (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, Kubeflow, Ray, MCP and relevant open-source LLMs etc). • Architecture Definition: Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints, including data pipelines, model training and deployment strategies, MLOps practices, security considerations, and integration patterns. • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to articulate OpenTeams' capabilities, present technical solutions, and contribute to proposals and statements of work. • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in open-source AI, contribute to technical blogs, whitepapers, and presentations, and represent OpenTeams at industry conferences and events. • Community Engagement: Actively participate in and contribute to relevant open-source projects and communities surrounding AI & ML. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and refine features for deep learning models, working with large-scale customer and behavioral datasets • Implement model architecture changes informed by recent academic research (e.g., papers from NeurIPS and similar venues) • Collaborate with client teams to understand business context and translate requirements into technical solutions • Optimize model training pipelines for efficiency and scalability • Document approaches, findings, and technical decisions for knowledge sharing across teams • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
