• Contact cold leads via phone and text to schedule appointments for tune-up services. • Generate and secure appointments to fill the calendar, focusing on high performance and quality. • Conduct cold calls and text messages to potential customers using predictive or manual dialing systems. • Schedule appointments to ensure a minimum of nine appointments per day. • Verify and confirm appointments for successful completion. • Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set.
