Role Description Oivan is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in working with local and/or international software projects to contribute to our growing and innovative web-development project. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Collecting requirements for changes and improvements to various systems used in the business. - Daily contact with users and stakeholders to identify development areas. - Collaboration with development teams to discuss solutions. - Leading daily activities to ensure that the systems are up to date and produce value for the business. - Familiarizing yourself with new activities and systems. What You'll Do You will get to work on a life-changing product and execute the following responsibilities as a business analyst: - Support and help the product teams towards effective solutions considering what’s best for the user and the overall service experience. - Identify, acquire, and analyze relevant facts & insights (consumer, business, technology, etc.) to contribute to building clarity in user needs. - Establish and facilitate cross-collaboration with key stakeholders to continuously iterate and innovate our service experience feedback and insight to drive prioritization. - Communicate and visualize user insights while supporting the teams to develop within the field of service experience (methods, performing design sprints, tools, prototyping, etc.). - Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget. What You Have As a business analyst, we prefer that you have: - A proven track record of sprint planning, leading, and supporting successful projects. - Thai native with fluent English communication. - 2+ years in a business analyst (in-house, consultant) role, project management in the software development industry, or something similar. - Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and find creative solutions in response to changing priorities and needs. - Organizational skills in leading a project and delivering high-quality customer experience. - Relevant knowledge of the technologies used by the team (Microservices, Architecture, Mobile Development). - Familiarity with Jira (Confluence) for activity tracking, task-setting, dashboards, burndown, and similar tools is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Computer Science, etc.).
