Marketing Manager – In-house Coordinator

• You plan and coordinate our marketing activities across channels (newsletters, social media, performance marketing, etc.) • You monitor KPIs and performance metrics and support data-driven optimization • You play a central role in the setup and ongoing development of Klaviyo (email marketing, automations, flows) • You ensure that all marketing activities are implemented in a structured, prioritized, and efficient manner • You coordinate internal teams and external partners and ensure smooth processes • You contribute your own ideas and help continuously develop our marketing strategy • You support operational tasks across various areas and remain hands-on
• You create high-performance creatives for ads (social media, Amazon, Google, etc.) • You design product visualizations, packaging, and marketplace assets (e.g., Amazon listings, A+ Content) • You develop and maintain our brand identity and design guidelines • You work closely with marketing, performance, and product management • You optimize creatives based on data (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, etc.) • You contribute your own ideas and continuously elevate our visual communication • You actively design offline concepts for trade shows, retail and similar channels.
Performance Marketing Manager – Marketplaces

• As Performance Marketing Manager – Marketplaces (m/f/d), you are responsible for the performance of our advertising campaigns on Amazon and other marketplaces. • You manage, analyze and optimize our campaigns in a data-driven way to ensure profitable growth. • You run and scale our Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). • You optimize campaign structures (e.g., new customer acquisition, brand defense, retargeting, ASIN targeting). • You analyze search terms and targets, set negative keywords, and optimize bids, budgets and placements. • You manage campaigns based on ROAS, TACoS and other performance KPIs. • You analyze performance data (revenue, spend, CTR, CVR, paid vs. organic) and derive optimization measures. • You plan and integrate deals, coupons and promotions into our PPC strategy (e.g., bundles or volume discounts). • You produce regular reports and performance insights for the team. • You work closely with our marketplace managers. • You support performance marketing on additional marketplaces such as Shop Apotheke, eBay, etc.

• You will support us with content maintenance and data management • You will write and schedule audience-targeted copy • You will prepare content for our websites and our newsletter • You will enter content into the system in a structured way and update existing data • Depending on your experience, you may also assist with graphic design tasks
