Role Description We’re looking for a Benefits Manager to lead and optimize our Total Rewards programs, ensuring a strong employee experience while maintaining compliance. - Manage health, welfare, and 401(k) programs - Lead Open Enrollment and vendor partnerships - Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA - Oversee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp) - Partner with HR, Legal, and Payroll on complex cases - Track and analyze benefits and leave data - Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk Qualifications - 4+ years in Benefits / Total Rewards - Strong knowledge of 401(k), FMLA, and compliance regulations - Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) - Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems Benefits - Mission-driven work with real impact - Opportunity to improve and modernize programs - Collaborative, supportive leadership team
