• Oversee, manage, and assist all on-site construction and radar installation activities across assigned RSR locations. • Direct and coordinate radar installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications. • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for construction activities with FAA facility representatives, engineering teams, and program leadership. • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including FAA site safety standards and contractor safety plans. • Coordinate construction activities with system engineering, logistics, and program control teams to maintain alignment with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Monitor construction progress, identify issues or risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize schedule impacts. • Review construction work for quality and completeness, ensuring installations meet technical, contractual, and acceptance requirements. • Support site readiness activities, including site surveys, construction planning, and pre-installation coordination. • Document construction progress, issues, and resolutions through daily reports, field logs, and status updates. • Support installation testing, commissioning, and system acceptance activities, resolving construction-related discrepancies as required.

• Provide clinical laboratory expertise with a focus on transfusion medicine and blood product compatibility • Provide analytical expertise in transfusion medicine and blood product compatibility • Perform and oversee blood typing, crossmatching, and compatibility testing • Analyze and report on blood product compatibility findings • Assess domestic and international blood supply chains, including collection, processing, storage, and distribution capabilities • Evaluate differences in blood banking and transfusion practices between the United States and other countries • Communicate technical findings clearly through written reports and verbal briefings • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government personnel and contractor partners • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations across diverse teams
