Role Description As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Clinical Supervisor will provide face-to-face supervision and chart reviews for Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Associate employees. This person will provide clinical supervision to other staff seeking clinical endorsement, which will include both clinical consultation and administrative tasks. This person will review and sign off on chart documentation. The Clinical Supervisor will complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner. Essential Responsibilities and Duties - Ensure all persons providing counseling services are functioning within their competent parameters and maintaining education to do so. - Audit charts for policy and procedure compliance, appropriate documentation and completion of all internal paperwork and documents. - Assist and resource clinical team with needs for ongoing CEU requirements. - Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures. - Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care. - Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned. Qualifications - Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences or other relevant field required. - Must hold Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensure in Washington state with supervisor credential. - Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire, and for the entire duration of employment. - 3+ years of experience in relevant field required. - Ability to work with a diverse population and possess strong interpersonal skills and knowledge required for treating patients assigned. - Must hold strong personal boundaries and able to build rapport with patients. - Must understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board. Preferred Knowledge and Skills - Excellent organizational abilities. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Patient service oriented (both internal and external). - Creative and persistent problem solver. - Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner. - Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization. - Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems. Compensation $55 - $90 USD
