• Create a clear, scalable training and certification system for onboarding and education • Lead DBG USA training and education across all pillars • Manage class scheduling and support DBI education • Incorporate DBL product education and training into onboarding • Define Phase 1 CTEP scope, requirements, and training path • Develop and manage onboarding content, certification materials, and exam structure

• Provide administrative support across multiple business entities • Manage communications, coordinating services, and supporting internal teams • Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments • Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence as required • Coordinate services and requests between departments and external providers
