• Provision and maintain Azure resources (Static Web Apps, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Azure AD) with IaC • Manage shared Static Web App reports hub: App Registration, routing, multi-tenant deployment • Support M+ Studio pilot: Managed Agents environment, MCP connector networking, credential vault • Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions: quality gates, security scanning, automated deployments • Instrument observability dashboards: pipeline health, delivery velocity, DORA metrics • Execute Book of Work infrastructure: Jira API integration, cycle time tracking • Collaborate with InfoSec on data residency, security reviews, and compliance gates • Support vendor/license rationalization: FreshService catalog mapping, capability audit

• Scope Knowledge Engine: ontology, data catalog, schema governance; • Design MCP architectures (Knowledge-Memory, API Bridge, Webhook Agents); • Build Context Engineering Layer (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, harness patterns); • Curate agent skills, prompts, rubrics, and harness configs; • Own Accelerator Solution Map: toolkits, gap analysis, specifications; • Bridge EA and service teams - translate strategy into guidance; • Define SDLC standards and Operating Model artifacts; • Deliver EA leadership artifacts (Maturity Map, Dashboard, Portfolio, Integration Map, AI Scorecard).

• Build and manage data pipelines: ingestion from APIs/files, transformations across layers, schema evolution, and collectors from 10+ external sources • Design semantic models and hybrid search for AI; own star schema with bridge tables and performance optimization • Enforce governance: access controls, licensing registry, quality monitoring, and retention for GDPR/CCPA • Manage cloud infrastructure, monitoring, SLAs, cost optimization, and CI/CD • Deliver client views, multi-cloud exports, and partner with delivery teams for dashboards and AI tools

• Design and evolve banking APIs for mobile applications and internal/external services • Build scalable backend solutions using Kotlin and modern JVM technologies • Contribute to the architecture, scalability, and reliability of core banking and partner platforms
