• Lead Lending Marketing Strategy • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for mortgage, HELOC, consumer, and ancillary lending products • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and member communications across multiple marketing channels • Own lending product landing pages and digital content, ensuring messaging remains current and aligned with active promotions • Build lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage prospective and existing borrowers throughout their financial journey • Manage the lending marketing calendar to ensure campaigns launch on time and deliver measurable results • Collaborate Across the Organization • Partner with Lending, Compliance, Business Development, Branch teams, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist to leverage competitive research and market insights that strengthen product positioning • Ensure all marketing materials comply with applicable regulations, including lending-related compliance requirements • Support Enterprise Marketing Initiatives • Develop creative campaigns that support membership growth and community engagement • Write and edit marketing content for print, digital, email, social media, website, and other communication channels • Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to successfully execute marketing projects • Monitor marketing trends, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement

• Transform complex business data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the Credit Union. • Partner with business leaders to develop enterprise reporting solutions and identify trends and opportunities. • Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance and enhance the member experience. • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards, and performance indicator (KPI) reporting. • Analyze large volumes of financial, operational, lending, and member data to identify trends and actionable business insights. • Present analytical findings through professional visualizations and executive-level presentations that facilitate informed decision-making. • Promote best practices related to data quality, reporting standards, and documentation.
