• Source and identify qualified IT candidates for Japan market through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Partner with internal Account Managers at Nexus (or in some cases directly with the HR and/or Hiring Managers at client companies) to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. • Stay updated on IT industry trends and the competitive landscape in the Japan market. • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals. • Ensure compliance with all internal recruitment policies and procedures.
