• Help scale our presence across multiple regions, covering enterprise and mid-market accounts worldwide • Own the Full Sales Cycle: From first conversation to signed contract, you manage every step of the journey, including discovery, demos, negotiation and closing • Build and Grow Your Pipeline: Develop inbound leads from marketing, generate outbound opportunities through your own prospecting, and keep your pipeline healthy and your forecast predictable • Position the Right Solution: Understand your prospects' challenges and connect them with the right Nextron solutions, engaging users, decision-makers, and influencers along the way • Partner with Technical Engineers: Collaborate closely with our technical team to deliver compelling demos and provide the expertise your prospects need • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Work with go-to-market partners (Managed SOC Operators, IT Security Service Providers, DFIR Response Specialist Firms) to extend your reach and open new doors • Expand Existing Accounts: Become a trusted advisor to your customers and identify opportunities for cross-and upsell to drive long-term growth • Shape Our Go-to-Market Strategy: Your frontline insights matter. Contribute to how we define our Ideal Customer Profile, product-market fit, and routes to market • Report to the Regional Sales Director: You'll have a direct line to leadership, with the support and autonomy to make things happen • Deliver Results: Keep your CRM accurate, build reliable forecasts, and consistently hit (or exceed) your targets
