• To architect, design and develop solutions for product or project delivery • Analyse Systems across Business Processes, Use Cases, Application, Database, and Infrastructure • Spearhead development of work plans, process flows, and diagrams • Train and develop team in the said technology • Conduct research on new and emerging technologies

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models • Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles • Ability to blend Agile and traditional project management principles • Provide leadership to project teams • Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision • Identify project stakeholders and establish customer classes • Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Engage directly in high-priority digital companion projects – GroAssist • Participate in Agile project team and scrum calls • Take ownership of code quality and structure of hybrid mobile app and native code portions of the app • Lead the development team to create a well-engineered app • Review current implementation of feature configurability • Ensure best practices in Agile development are followed • Contribute to Jira user story reviews and test plan reviews • Troubleshooting defects and assisting the development team • Work with the enterprise architect for overall design • Lead Bluetooth device integration for both iOS and Android

• Build functional and easy-to-use websites using CMS tools like WordPress, Drupal etc. • Debug pages and fix broken links or images • Upload & Update webpages/website content and review SEO • Optimize loading speeds and capacity • Testing websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices • Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages • Address user complaints
