• Assist with tracking and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable; • Support the preparation of bank reconciliations; • Organize and verify financial documents; • Update spreadsheets and systems with financial information; • Assist with issuing payment slips (boletos) and invoices (when applicable); • Support the preparation of financial reports; • Assist with client communication for sending or verifying information; • Support the team with administrative and financial routines within the BPO.
