Yacht Insurance Customer Service Representative

• The position of Yacht Insurance CSR at Newcoast is responsible for the development and servicing of new clients and existing client policies for Yacht, boat, and other insurance lines. • Work with Producer in developing business leads. • Assist in the marketing process, sending request to quotes to carriers. • Learning the carrier appetites and coverage options offered by carriers. • Document file with all communication. • Work with Producer to develop quotes by communication with carriers and referral sources or clients. • Create proposal and comparison. • Build and maintain strong positive relationships with existing clients. • Work with insurance advisors to solve customer issues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. • Increase Newcoast’s reputation as the premier provider of marine insurance services. • Work closely with carriers, sales and management to maintain a high renewal retention rate and superior FANS scores.
Territory Relationship Manager – RV/Marine

• The position of RV/Marine Territory Relationship Manager at Newcoast is responsible for generating new business by contacting potential brokers, dealers, manufacturers, referral sources and centers of influence. • This position will drive new business by creating dealer, broker, manufacturer, and partner direct relationships. • The Territory Relationship Manager will develop a network of referral business and negotiates financial services products that match the needs of prospective customers. • The goals of the Territory Relationship Manager are to build and maintain strong positive relationships and increase Newcoast’s reputation as the premier provider of financial services products for the recreational industry. • The Territory Relationship Manager will work closely with our product divisions and Newcoast sales leadership to develop and maintain a sustainable production pipeline that aligns with company strategy, product appetite and steady growth. • Achieve dealer/broker/manufacturer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. • Cultivate relationships with prospects and customers to create customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Evaluate Dealer/Broker/Manufacturer or individual customers’ needs and propose financial products that meet their criteria. • Maintain production pipeline records in CRM systems. Track and maintain intelligence on all leads. • Track and maintain all activities related to prospecting and deals in progress. • Utilize dashboards and reporting to provide progress metrics to sales leadership. • Participation in campaigns via CRM provided by the marketing team. • Constantly update job knowledge through sales development training. • Stay current on and learn about new financial products and services.
