• This role exists to increase New Engen’s enterprise revenue by strengthening how the company discovers, pursues, wins, and scales strategic opportunities. • At its core, this role fulfills all responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Client Strategy position while taking on an expanded enterprise charter focused on building the systems, capabilities, and AI solutions that improve how the Sales and Growth organization wins business over time. • This strategic leadership role partners directly with Enterprise Sales to improve pursuit quality, accelerate opportunity development, and increase enterprise win rates. Because the mission of this role is enterprise growth rather than department management, it reports directly to the SVP of Client Strategy. • Lead Enterprise Client Strategy by leading discovery and immersion sessions, developing strategic recommendations that solve complex client business challenges, and building executive-ready narratives that differentiate New Engen in competitive opportunities. • Drive Cross-Functional Strategic Excellence by collaborating closely with Creative, Creator, Media, Analytics, and Engagement teams to deliver integrated solutions for enterprise opportunities. • Build Scalable Growth Systems by leading the continued evolution of New Engen’s Growth operating system by improving how Enterprise Sales and Client Strategy work together. • Lead AI Strategy & Innovation by identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve strategic work and enterprise pursuits by developing AI-assisted workflows.

• We're looking for a Planning & Enablement Specialist to help turn ambitious ideas into executable, high-performing programs. • Partner with Engagement and Sales teams to translate client briefs into actionable, performance-focused plans that align with business objectives, campaign goals, and operational realities. • Evaluate campaign recommendations to ensure proposed strategies, creator mixes, media approaches, timelines, vendors, and deliverables can be successfully executed. • Leverage data, research, and market insights to inform strategic recommendations, identify new opportunities, and continuously improve campaign planning. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Media, Creative, and Execution teams to align on strategy, solve challenges, and ensure programs launch successfully and deliver against expectations. • Contribute to new business efforts by providing research, strategic recommendations, competitive insights, and opportunity identification that strengthen client proposals and pitches. • Monitor platform updates, digital media trends, creator marketing innovations, and evolving consumer behavior to keep strategies relevant and forward-thinking. • Review campaign performance, identify key learnings, develop testing frameworks, and provide recommendations that improve future programs and long-term client success.

• Assist the Account Strategist with day-to-day client communication by preparing meeting materials, drafting status updates, tracking action items, and helping ensure every client interaction is thoughtful and organized. • Help maintain project documentation, account resources, client wikis, and internal trackers so teams always have accurate, up-to-date information. • Partner with Account Strategists and Project Managers to track deliverables across multiple campaigns, coordinate project intake, and help keep timelines on schedule. • Monitor project progress, identify missing information, timeline risks, or potential blockers, and proactively communicate issues before they impact delivery. • Review assets before delivery to ensure they meet project requirements, follow established processes, and are ready for client review. • Work closely with Project Management, Creative Strategy, designers, copywriters, and production teams to keep communication clear, projects moving, and priorities aligned. • Build your knowledge of creative production, client services, and enterprise marketing while taking on increasing ownership and responsibility as you grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own performance and execution across a set of high-impact Paid Search accounts, including enterprise-level clients such as Thermo Fisher and The Home Depot - Lead day-to-day account management, ensuring campaigns are optimized effectively and performance goals are met - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading calls, presenting performance, and translating client needs into clear direction for the team - Provide guidance and oversight to team members, ensuring high-quality execution, strong QA practices, and consistent delivery across accounts - Balance multiple workstreams and stakeholders, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment - Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, strategy, and other media teams to ensure cohesive performance and alignment across channels - Step into hands-on execution when needed, maintaining a strong pulse on the work and ensuring continuity across accounts WHAT YOU BRING - Deep, hands-on experience with Google Search, with a strong understanding of campaign builds, optimization, and performance management - Proven ability to manage and optimize complex Paid Search accounts, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment - Strong client-facing experience, including leading calls, presenting performance, and building trust with stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, staying organized and effective in fast-paced environments - Experience guiding or mentoring team members, providing direction and feedback to support strong execution - Confidence operating both strategically and tactically, with the ability to step into execution as needed - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate performance, insights, and next step - Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
