Role Description The Supply Chain Product Lifecycle Manager is responsible for managing how new and existing part numbers are reviewed, introduced, changed, and phased in and out from an Operations perspective. - Coordinates cross-functional reviews to ensure part changes are fully understood and properly executed in operational systems and Bills of Material (BOM). - Manages part numbers in the ERP and related systems. - Reviews inventory levels and open orders. - Provides stocking and depletion recommendations. - Tracks approved substitution and alternate parts to reduce supply risk. - Builds and maintains the processes used to manage part changes and ECOs. - Acts as a project coordinator across multiple functions—Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Sales, Project Management, and Product Management. - Focuses on a dynamic environment with new suppliers and supply chain partners. Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical skills. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Working knowledge of supply chain and operations fundamentals. - Ability to apply formal supply chain education or training to practical execution. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills. - Experience with PLM and ERP systems, Arena and NetSuite preferred. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong customer service mindset. - NPI experience with the ability to implement a new process. - Strong project management skills including the use of project management software. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Project Management or related field. - 5 years of combined NPI, Lifecycle, Supply Chain, Project Management experience. - 2 years of Management experience. - Experience with steel manufacturers (preferred). - Willingness to travel at least 10-20% of the time. Role Description Nevados is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist who will be responsible for managing and execution of day-to-day logistics and fulfillment operations. Tasks will include: - Project logistics quotations with suppliers - Management of future and active shipments - Invoice validation and submission - Documentation management - Communicating with project management and customers on a daily basis The individual will work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, leadership, Quality, Sourcing, Project Management, Finance, and Nevados customers and suppliers. They will be expected to: - Take leadership in accomplishing tasks - Lead meetings with the internal team and suppliers - Organize thoughts and release notes with open items and actions to stakeholders Location: Hybrid/Remote. Preference may be given to candidates in the OC/Irvine area who are able to train in office during onboarding. Opportunities for travel with on-site meetings at Headquarters in the Bay Area, with suppliers, construction sites, and with customers as needed. Project Ownership - Serve as the primary Supply Chain lead for assigned projects - Validate order accuracy and supplier alignment at project kickoff - Track and drive on-time and in-full delivery performance - Maintain and track budget performance - Track and execute on Change Orders throughout the scope of the project ERP & Documentation Governance - Manage Sales Orders and fulfillment transactions in NetSuite - Maintain high standards of data accuracy and system integrity - Validate inventory movement aligns with actual physical movement - Ensure timely sharing of shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, delivery schedules) - Correct discrepancies quickly and identify root causes of recurring errors Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with Procurement, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Project Management - Align supplier schedules and logistics plans with project milestones - Lead logistics-focused customer touchpoints as needed - Track delivery milestones and coordinate billing triggers with Finance Continuous Improvement - Contribute to workflow optimization and SOP development - Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable process improvements - Support cross-training and operational resilience within the team - Conduct end of project validation, compiling data points to support better processes Qualifications - 1+ years being part of a supply chain team and working, communicating and negotiating with suppliers and logistics partners - 1+ years experience in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) to include conducting transactions, building reports, and conducting data validation - Knowledge of working relationships with domestic and international logistics operations including customer, maritime operations, and domestic trucking operations - Experience reading and validating commercial contracts and associated paperwork - Creating/modifying reports to effectively analyze supply chain including all functions – planning, purchasing, logistics, and finance - Ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) with logistics partners and customers - Strong Microsoft Excel abilities with knowledge of Microsoft office applications Requirements - Willingness to travel at least 10-20% of the time for company off-sites, conferences, trade shows, site visits, and other potential events as needed Benefits - Competitive base salary, bonus, commission (if applicable to the role) and stock options commensurate with qualifications and experience - Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability and voluntary life for full-time employees and their eligible dependents - 401(k) participation - Unlimited PTO - Generous sick leave - Paid company holidays - Additional benefit offerings as the company continues to grow
