Role Description The travel industry continues to grow and with it, we require a Travel Coordinator to provide premier customer service to clients. You will have access to our certification program with on-the-job training and ongoing professional development opportunities. - Communicate with prospective clients to assess travel needs, preferences, and desired budget - Follow-up with leads via social media platforms, email, and travel inquiry submissions - Customize marketing materials to appeal to clients via social media platforms, bulletin boards, and flyers - Recommend travel destinations based on weather, culture, excursions/activities, and visa requirements - Book travel arrangements, collect payments and associated fees, and obtain required documentation - Prepare all pre-departure itineraries and handle pre, post, and during-travel conflicts in a timely manner - Establish and maintain professional relationships with all travel vendors, clients, and tour operators - Remain current on industry trends, promotional specials, and travel restrictions Qualifications - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Familiarization with all social media platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite (preferred) - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills - Fast learner with the ability to operate various computer applications and software programs (preferred) - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with proficiency Requirements - 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred) - High school diploma or GED (required) - Associate's or bachelor’s degree in travel, hospitality, business, or other related fields (preferred) - Experience working as a travel agent (a plus) - Have Laptop/Smartphone & Internet Access

Role Description We are looking for a Travel Consultant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. - Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc. - Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services. - Organize travels from beginning to end, book tickets and accommodation, secure rental transportation, etc. - Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs, etc). - Collect deposits and balances. - Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages. - Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns. - Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends. - Create and update electronic records of clients. - Maintain relationships with key persons. - Keep financial statements and documents. Qualifications - Proven working experience as a travel consultant. - Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travel). - Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. - Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc). - Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively. - Demonstrable ability to handle crises. - Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field. - Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred. - Have Laptop/Smartphone & Internet Access.
