• You plan and conduct UX research (qualitative and quantitative) • You analyze user needs, goals and usage contexts • You prepare and present your findings tailored to the audience • You translate research results into well-founded UX concepts, information architectures, user flows, wireframes and prototypes • You take ownership of your projects and manage them proactively • You work in a structured, transparent and solution-oriented way • You advise clients as an equal partner and contribute your ideas • You maintain oversight even in complex projects • You collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
