• Define and execute high-level strategies to expand Native’s market presence, including identifying new business opportunities, assessing market trends, and creating long-term value for the company. • Build and nurture strategic relationships with DeFi protocols, dApp developers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to enhance Native's ecosystem. • Spearhead Native’s entry into new markets by crafting and implementing tailored go-to-market strategies for diverse regions and market segments. • Lead high-value deal negotiations, close strategic partnerships, and drive sustained revenue growth through innovative business approaches. • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, delivering solutions that align with their goals and Native’s value proposition. • Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between business development objectives and product offerings, ensuring market demand is met effectively. • Represent Native as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and other public forums, solidifying the company’s position as a leader in the DeFi space. • Contribute to the creation of compelling content to enhance brand awareness and establish Native as a go-to authority in liquidity infrastructure.

• Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive hype, awareness, and adoption of new business product lines • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices • Lead and oversee reporting on the growth and health of social media communities • Develop and manage the content calendar across all marketing channels • Define and execute a best-in-class approach to community engagement • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics across all channels • Create and oversee the production of engaging long-form and short-form content • Act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams

• Building secure, high-value smart contracts on EVM • Collaborate with auditors and write audit-friendly test cases • Prioritize security and ensure reliable deployment • Communicate with auditors and revise code based on feedback • Maintain knowledge of common vulnerabilities and security practices

• Design and implement backend services, including APIs, Microservices, and Databases, ensuring high performance and availability • Collaborate with frontend engineers, smart contract engineers, and product managers to define and meet project requirements • Work closely with DevOps engineers to optimize and maintain the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring efficient deployment processes and high-quality code delivery • Ability to track, identify, and resolve complex issues in backend systems, with a focus on maintaining stability and performance

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver features that meet user needs. • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. • Design and build secure RESTful APIs for web and mobile apps. • Ensure applications are responsive, optimized for mobile, and deliver consistent performance across devices. • Debug and fix application issues to improve reliability and performance. • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and support team improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends, implement security measures, and find ways to enhance tools and processes for better productivity and performance.

• Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the development of Native. • Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of various development projects. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, researchers, and stakeholders, to align efforts and meet project goals. • Maintain and review product documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the development process. • Track product milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership. • Support the implementation of best practices in project management. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including both Native-related materials and internal resources like onboarding guides and process documentation.

• Own and drive the integration of Native APIs and SDKs with third-party wallets, DEX aggregators, and DeFi partners. • Act as the primary coordinator throughout the integration lifecycle, from initial technical alignment and sandbox testing to mainnet launch. • Ensure partners clearly understand Native’s integration flows, constraints, and best practices. • Work with internal engineering teams to translate partner requirements into clear integration solutions and implementation plans. • Help standardize integration patterns, documentation, and onboarding processes for external partners. • Identify gaps or friction points in partner integrations and propose product or process improvements. • Serve as the main technical-facing representative for external engineering and product teams. • Proactively communicate with partners via Telegram, Discord, and async channels to unblock progress and align expectations. • Gather partner feedback and relay structured insights to internal product and engineering teams. • Maintain a working understanding of Native’s APIs (REST, WebSocket, gRPC) and how different partners consume them. • Assist in aligning Native’s API design with aggregator and wallet integration standards. • Take ownership of integration outcomes, ensuring integrations move from “in progress” to “live and stable in production.” • Track integration status, risks, and timelines, and coordinate internal resources when issues arise.
