• Provide leadership and oversight of all membership functions and activities for all levels of NCA membership. • Act as the point of contact at NCA for our member State Chapters. • Work cooperatively with all NCA Departments, state chapters and Victims of Child Abuse Act Partners. • Lead membership growth, retention, and engagement strategies, using data and trend analysis for planning and improved member experience. • Analyze membership metrics and emerging trends to guide strategy and enhance NCA membership value. • Supervise and evaluate direct reports within the Membership Department. • Ensure compliance with all grant deliverables and evaluate the effectiveness of membership growth strategies.
