Role Description We are a National Telemedicine Provider looking for licensed Urology/Urologist Physician Specialists (MD/DO) as telemedicine providers to evaluate and treat non work related injuries. All state licensure welcome to apply with multiple licensures preferred, but not required. Higher consideration will be given to providers with multiple licenses prioritizing the following States: - California - Colorado - Florida - Georgia - Illinois - Massachusetts - Nevada - New Jersey - New York - Texas - Utah - Washington - Washington D.C. Requirements - Hold an active MD/DO license in good standing; - National ABPN Board Certification; - Fellowship training and/or strong clinical background preferred; - Minimum of 2+ years' clinical experience; - Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care; - Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening; - Strong verbal and written communication; - Knowledgeable in crisis response; - Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment; - Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems and tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, proprietary EMR, etc.); - Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality access to care; What to expect - Ensure the most beneficial level of treatment is implemented for patients with limited medical resources (no immediate access to CT, MRI, EEG); - Participate in monthly calls to provide feedback and answer your questions; - Readily available clinician leadership for case consultations to ensure you always receive the support you need; - Must be clinically strong, function autonomously and competently, and utilize critical thinking skills to provide appropriate care without immediate access to advanced imaging and limited drug formulary; - Work alongside other like-minded clinicians that have a common goal to positively impact the lives of others; - Chance to develop working protocols to enhance patient care, relieve administrative burden with more effective clinical documentation; - Opportunity to participate in strategic development initiatives to improve our clinical quality, safety, and processes across the organization; - Med Mal coverage provided.
