Role Description Nadia Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver essential, specialized nutrition education and support to expectant and new mothers, especially those navigating high-risk pregnancies or managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and anemia. As a trusted partner, you will support the health and well-being of Nadia members and their babies through individualized dietary plans, virtual consultations, and education tailored to their nutritional needs. This position will primarily serve our members in Tennessee and potentially other areas in the future beyond what is listed, and report to the Director of Care Delivery. Work Schedule: This is a remote, contract position working 5-10 hours a week. The schedule is based on your availability to accept scheduled visits and group classes. You are responsible for being present on our platforms at those provided times. Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized perinatal and postpartum nutrition education via scheduled, virtual visits. - Facilitate scheduled, virtual group classes for perinatal and postpartum nutrition, equipping mothers with essential knowledge for managing pregnancy and optimizing health outcomes. - Ensure clear and precise documentation for all care interactions. - Adhere to our policies and procedures to maintain the highest standard of care for our members. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) and credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). - Current licensure to practice in Tennessee (licensure in other states e.g., Maryland, and DC is a plus!). - Demonstrated experience in providing medical nutrition therapy to perinatal and postpartum individuals managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or preeclampsia, inadequate weight gain, and anemia. - Experience serving families eligible for Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC programs. - Exceptional listening and communication skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques and the ability to provide practical, culturally sensitive guidance with empathy. - Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities, such as member visits and messages, in a fast-paced environment. - Access to reliable home internet. - Tech-savvy; proficient in using EHR and messaging platforms for documentation and communication. Requirements - IBCLC certification with relevant hospital or outpatient experience (nice to have, but not required). - Proficiency in navigating and documenting within AthenaOne EHR (nice to have, but not required). - Fluent in Spanish (nice to have, but not required). - Experience in a start-up environment or strong adaptability to a fast-evolving organization (nice to have, but not required). The Role: The AthenaOne Specialist & Trainer will provide hands-on support to the Nadia Care team with all tasks and responsibilities related to athenaOne including but not limited to, troubleshooting, athenaOne builds, care team training and support, and direct coordination with athenaOne regarding any questions/concerns with the EHR. This role will report to the Director, Product Strategy and Innovation. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week. To ensure consistent support for our team, we envision a schedule spread across 4-5 days per week during regular business hours. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and optimize daily operations within the existing athenahealth EHR system. This includes but is not limited to creating user and provider accounts, creating templates, appointment types, billing and payments and encounter plans that increase care team efficiency - Will work closely with the care team to provide training, education, and instructions on athenaOne system features, functionality. - Provide support and training to all staff members that will be using athenaOne, shaping the training to apply to specific user roles within the organization - Resolve EHR-related issues and system discrepancies promptly, reaching out to athena and creating cases when necessary. - Be a resource for assistance with applications that are integrated with athenaOne. Examples include the Zus Data Platform and Spruce Health Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, health technology or related field and/or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience - Strong background and knowledge of athenaOne in a virtual care setting - Excellent technical diagnostic and analytical skills - Strong attention to details as well as excellent written, analytical and verbal communication skills - Ability to work cross functionally with an interdisciplinary team - Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of staff - Adaptable to changes in a high-functioning work environment, can prioritize and manage work and complete tasks in a timely manner. Required Skills and Experience - Proven expertise as an EHR specialist, with hands-on experience in athenahealth EHR. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage significant projects, particularly system transitions or migrations, with little oversight. - Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data standards, and regulatory requirements. - Familiarity with API calls and other tools to integrate applications with existing software - Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of adaptability to new software environments. The Marketing Operations Manager will manage the marketing & outreach workflows, automations, and campaigns, to ensure both the funnel and the Outreach team’s productivity is continuously optimized.
