• Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients (game developers, publishers, and non-endemic brands) through outbound sales efforts • Inbound Lead Management: Manage and negotiate assigned inbound sales leads, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to close • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts that clearly communicate the value of partnering with Cross Realm • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, accurately tracking leads, prospects, and deals in our CRM (HubSpot) • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and agency partners, serving as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries and negotiations • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term client success
