ISAAC

• Lead implementations alongside the development team, focusing on delivering real impact for our customers • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build efficient solutions, prioritizing performance, scalability and quality • Work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to help define solutions based on trade-offs between impact, speed and quality • Identify and mitigate risks such as delivering solutions with low perceived value or that take longer than expected • Promote software engineering best practices and contribute to the team's technical growth.

• Translate the company's strategic objectives into clear, actionable goals for the team; • Monitor trends and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring the team operates aligned with business needs; • Lead complex projects, track success metrics, and remove impediments for the team; • Review and optimize workflows to increase the team's productivity; • Ensure ongoing alignment with Product Managers (PMs), Designers, and other stakeholder teams; • Plan and manage team resource allocation, balancing workload and individual skills.
