• Drive MyOutreach’s financial strategy as our Finance Director. • Lead financial planning, reporting & operations across global entities. • Shape our growth in a dynamic team! • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. • Provide cash flow management and financial insights to senior leadership. • Oversee AP, AR, credit control, payroll, bookkeeping, and day-to-day accounting. • Streamline financial processes across our three entities, considering regional differences. • Monitor compliance with local and international accounting regulations. • Produce and review balance sheets, P&Ls, and financial reports. • Present clear, data-driven insights to inform business decisions. • Mentor and support the Accounts Admin, fostering a collaborative finance department.
