Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion. This role manages paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok while continuously optimizing campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and results-oriented, with strong experience in paid media, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and growth marketing. Key Responsibilities - Marketing Strategy - Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. - Create customer acquisition plans to support revenue growth and market expansion, including expansion into the United States. - Identify target audiences, customer personas, and growth opportunities. - Recommend new marketing initiatives based on industry trends and competitive analysis. - Paid Advertising Management - Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across: - Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) - Google Ads - TikTok Ads - Responsibilities include: - Campaign planning and setup. - Budget allocation and management. - Audience targeting and segmentation. - A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and landing pages. - Performance optimization to improve ROI and ROAS. - Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth - Develop strategies to increase qualified leads and customer acquisition. - Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates. - Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value (LTV). - Support sales and business development initiatives through effective digital marketing campaigns. - Campaign Performance & Analytics - Monitor campaign performance using key marketing metrics and KPIs. - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations. - Track metrics such as: - Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) - Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) - Click-Through Rate (CTR) - Conversion Rate - Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) - Revenue generated - Content & Creative Collaboration - Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors to develop high-performing marketing assets. - Provide creative direction for ad copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages. - Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Research competitors and industry trends. - Monitor changes across Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms. - Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and market positioning. - Communication & Collaboration - Participate in regular strategy meetings with stakeholders. - Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations. - Collaborate closely with sales, creative, and leadership teams to achieve business goals. - Maintain proactive communication regarding campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications - Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok. - Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising. - Experience with customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth strategies. - Proficiency in Google Analytics and advertising platform dashboards. - Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and project management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines. This is a remote position. Job description: We’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Coordinator to support our client's retail team and ensure a seamless delivery and returns experience. In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries (primarily via email), investigate and resolve issues such as delivery delays, sizing concerns, returns, and claims, and ensure all queries are handled within 24–48 hours. You’ll also support the Head of Retail with administrative and ad hoc tasks.
