Role Description Mushroom Compadres is looking for someone to help make the brand impossible to ignore across organic social and creator collaborations. This is not a vanilla social media role. We want someone with taste, initiative, drive, and a real feel for culture. You will own a big part of our Instagram and TikTok presence, run influencer and creator collaborations, and support our newsletter rhythm. - Own and grow our Instagram and TikTok presence - Develop and execute organic content ideas in line with the Mushroom Compadres brand - Plan, create, coordinate, and publish content across both channels - Run influencer and creator outreach, partnerships, and collaborations - Help shape content series, campaign ideas, and community engagement - Write captions, hooks, and social copy in our brand voice - Work with our designer to brief and produce visual assets where needed - Support our twice-monthly newsletter with copy and coordination - Spot cultural moments and opportunities and move quickly on them - Bring ideas proactively, not just execution Qualifications - Strong instinct for branding, taste, and what feels culturally alive - Experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a brand, creator, or project - Experience with influencer or creator collaborations - Strong copywriting skills - High initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently - Ability to think creatively and execute consistently - Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment - Good English required; Portuguese is a plus - Based in Portugal is strongly preferred Benefits - Real ownership over a brand with a distinct voice and identity - Freedom to shape content, collaborations, and community direction - Direct impact on the growth of an ambitious consumer brand - Creative role with room for initiative and experimentation - Work closely with founders and a small, fast-moving team - Designer support for visual execution - Flexible setup depending on candidate and location
