Essential Responsibilities: -Identifies, tracks, and enters all data on all patients meeting state trauma registry criteria -Participates in quality assurance, data validation, and improvement activities to ensure accuracy of data collection and timely submission -Participates with research (data abstraction, analysis, reporting) as requested -Accurately assigns AIS codes and Injury Severity Scores into the Trauma Registry Experience: -Minimum 2 years trauma registry experience preferred -Two years experience in computer spreadsheet and software applications preferred -American Trauma Society Registrar Certification preferred **Must reside in Washington, Oregon or Idaho** FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Monday - Friday, Position Summary The Trauma Registrar plays a key role in providing high-standard quality patient care. As Trauma Registrar at MultiCare, you will be engaged in a dynamic range of work functions from clinical case reviews, data retrieval and collection and statistical analysis.
