Responsibilities - Supporting mtheory's marketing associates and client managers with day-to-day needs - Create and edit content for our roster of artists - Graphic Design - Video Editing - Attend and participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions - Conduct vital artist research, including social network analysis, music platform analysis, touring history analysis, and online properties analysis - Participate in marketing meetings, mapping out artists' creative and social media campaigns Qualifications - Passionate about music of all genres - Basic understanding or familiarity with graphic design and video editing (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Capcut or similar video editing software) - High energy, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn - A self-starter who can take direction but work independently - Familiarity with investigative analysis and brainstorming content ideas - Previous internship experience in the industry is beneficial Requirements - Internship is part-time; college credit is available, but not required - Internship is paid at the minimum wage of the state in which the office the intern is working in - Access to a computer and reliable internet connection is required for this position

An interest in using data to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making within the music industry is highly valued. Responsibilities - Perform streaming analysis for artist campaigns using platforms such as Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Chartmetric, Soundcharts, and more. - Prepare music release and fan discovery reports for teams to support decision-making. - Analyze listener behavior, playlist placements, and artist digital platform metrics to inform strategy and campaign planning. - Monitor trends across digital platforms and music communities. Qualifications - Strong interest in the music industry, streaming analytics, and data-driven artist growth. - Familiarity with digital music and social media platforms. - Ability to analyze, interpret, and report data in Google Sheets or Excel. - Curiosity about music consumption patterns, listener behavior, and streaming trends. - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. - Previous internship or academic experience in music, analytics, or digital media is a plus. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are key to success in this role. - Supporting mtheory's marketing associates and client managers with day-to-day marketing needs - Creating BandsInTown blasts and geo-targeting emails for upcoming shows - Managing tour ticket trackers - Adding shows into BandsInTown, Songkick, and Seated when necessary - Attending and participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions - Creating and managing artist one sheets, press, and other associated promotional materials - Conducting vital artist research, including social network analysis, music platform analysis, touring history analysis, and online properties analysis - Participating in marketing meetings, mapping out artists' creative and social media campaigns Qualifications - High energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn - A self-starter who can take direction but work independently - A strong interest in music, artist management, and touring - Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Spotify for Artists, Pandora AMP, BandsInTown, Songkick, and Seated Requirements - Internship is part-time; college credit is available - Internship is paid at the minimum wage of the state in which the office the intern is working in - Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer is required for this position
