Role Description We are seeking an experienced Integrations Principal to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced integration solutions in healthcare technology. This role requires deep expertise in clinical data interoperability, system integrations, and connecting disparate platforms to support seamless data exchange. As the Integrations Principal, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to multiple teams, driving successful integration projects that enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in healthcare integrations, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable, innovative solutions in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities - Integration strategy and roadmap: Collaborate on the development of and execute the interoperability strategy to ensure seamless, scalable integration across internal and external systems. - Health Information Exchanges (HIEs): Oversee technical implementation and maintenance of national and state HIEs to facilitate secure, efficient data exchange among providers, payers, and partners. - Electronic Health Record (EHR) Integrations: Guide and support the development of EHR integrations. Research future EHR integrations to expand services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and provide technical expertise. - Clinical Data Management and Stewardship: Ensure the accurate, complete and secure handling of patients’ clinical data throughout ingestion, transformation, exchange, and storage. - System Architecture: Partner with architects to design and maintain the architecture for integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Continuously monitor and optimize data processing workflows to improve performance and reduce latency. - Data Compliance, Governance and Security: Ensure all integration solutions comply with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and maintain the highest standards of data integrity, security and privacy at the industry and organizational level. Help guide implementation of best practices for access control, encryption, auditing, and incident response across integration and data platforms. - Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects, aligning scope, timelines, and outcomes to business goals. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT departments, and vendors, to understand integration needs and deliver effective solutions. Support on- and off-shore team members as a SME, when applicable. - Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Continuous Improvement: Track industry trends and emerging technologies; evaluate and adopt tools and methods that advance interoperability and data capabilities. Role Description The Advisor, Technical Implementation is a role within our Enterprise Implementation organization supporting integration and software implementations. This role is responsible for data analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of our various applications supporting healthcare interoperability. The successful incumbent will understand how to transform and configure healthcare data from our customers into our various solutions. In addition, their technical aptitude and ability to understand how to resolve customer issues will directly lead to satisfied customers and business success. This is a customer-facing position, so great interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Minimal travel may be required for company gatherings or requested client meetings that are able to be accommodated, approximately 5-10% travel annually. Overview The ROI Account Manager is responsible for providing timely management of medical records requests for assigned healthcare facilities while providing world class customer service to customers and clients. The ROI Account Manager reports to their team lead. Responsibilities - Act as a main contact for communicating and collaborating with assigned accounts - Reviewing and verifying medical record requests for validity and compliance with HIPANHITECH/etc. - Verifying patient information within assigned accounts' EMR systems by using key patient identifiers to ensure that all records to be reproduced are for the correct patient and scope requested. - Confirming request information and requesting additional documentation from patients/requesters to process pending medical record requests. - Pulling and reproducing requested medical records while ensuring accuracy and compliance with MediCopy policies/procedures as well as state/federal regulation - Following and performing workflows specific to assigned accounts - Providing and logging detailed and accurate information on each file/chart processed in accordance with MediCopy's policies/procedures - Updating and maintaining an accurate Accounting of Disclosures for all activities and processes associated with medical records requests. - Providing world-class customer service to patients and clients while ensuring patient privacy. - Handling high call volumes while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism. - Maintaining all established production/quality goals, while managing assigned accounts within MediCopy's established turn-around time. - Reports to the Director of Operations as necessary.
