• This is a remote position. However, you must be available during working hours PST, aligned with our Silicon Valley offices. • We are looking for FTE or contractors. You must live in the US and must be allowed to work. • You’ll ensure the work we produce is effective and intelligent while working with a team of other product designers and developers. • You will be responsible for creating better, more forward-thinking work. • We need someone ready to lead research and strategy, information architecture, and interaction design to create bleeding edge graphical user interfaces on multiple platforms. • You'll collaborate closely with clients throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. • You’ll obsess over the details and develop concepts for enterprises and startups alike. • You’ll bring ease of use to complex ideas in Fortune 100 enterprises and emerging startups alike. • You will help to shape the next generation of the web that have real social impact.

Over the past 18 months, you may have been designing for one or more interesting challenges such as: The 10-year vision of a connected cabin experience for a major automotive company Solving for the complexities of brain surgery through 3D, VR, and AR The end-to-end customer experience for one of the world’s largest telecoms Modeling hundreds of billions of dollars for the largest venture fund’s portfolio Tackling misinformation about pandemics for the largest global health organization Fighting human trafficking and drug smuggling at the US border Finding obscure cures to major diseases with NLP Cyber security for the largest US government agencies The experience of the next generation of connected smart refrigerators Solving for climate change with carbon offsets credits An investment strategies platform for a major financial services company Requirements Actively seek to understand business requirements to develop solutions Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team Work with project management to create digital experiences on time and on budget Ability to think beyond the user interface to touch brands and marketing Requirements Portfolio demonstrating your experience in software application design Minimum 6 years of UX, or you’re really good Ability to clearly express yourself both in person and on paper (or a dry-erase board if that’s your thing) Extremely comfortable presenting our work to clients, gathering feedback, and sharing it with other team members Strong grasp of HTML & CSS, design systems, and other fundamental concepts behind everything we do. Strong experience with creating user stories, doing research, and creating user personas. Must be able to travel to customer or other work-related locations from time to time.
