• Design high-quality customer solutions that clearly demonstrate the value of Daon technology and integration approaches • Serve as the primary technical interface with customers in the sales cycle • Develop and deliver tailored presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of concept • Analyze and respond to RFIs, RFPs, writing proposals and related materials • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to represent Daon • Act as an expert in identity technologies, including biometrics, digital identity, ID documents and similar • Develop innovative solution approaches that strengthen Daon’s competitive position • Create solution architectures and show how solutions can be delivered securely and at scale • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support on strategy and solution design • Collaborate with the Daon Customer Success team to ensure smooth delivery handover and support implementation projects as a local technical presence • Communicate product requirements and market insights to internal teams

• Design, develop, and unit test solution components for customer deployments • Collaborate with Daon’s global services and product development teams to deliver identity onboarding and authentication solutions • Support the pre-sales function by assisting customers in understanding how Daon’s platforms integrate into their existing application architecture

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, market intelligence, and targeted business development initiatives. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth and quota achievement within the assigned markets. • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid recommendations, solution positioning, and contract negotiations through to deal closure. • Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with enterprise customers as well as system integrators, partners, and technology providers where relevant. • Collaborate with the regional leadership team and internal stakeholders to develop medium- and long-term market strategies. • Expand Daon’s presence in key industry segments through direct engagement with prospective customers and partners. • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Sales Reviews (QSR) and contribute to ongoing revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting. • Develop strategic account plans and tailored engagement strategies for priority accounts across the region.

• Developing machine learning algorithms for face authentication solutions • Researching, prototyping, and evaluating presentation attack detection and fraud prevention methods • Testing and configuring face algorithms to meet performance and accuracy standards • Extending and utilising existing biometric code libraries • Running rigorous experiments, interpreting findings, and translating outcomes into deployable models and policies • Helping to innovate and develop solutions to emerging face biometrics challenges • Applying and continuously growing your expertise in AI, machine learning, and computer vision

• Apply machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision techniques to identity document analysis, authentication, and fraud detection • Design & implement document-based algorithms for use in digital onboarding & identity authentication solutions • Create solutions to perform identity document authentication, detect tampered documents, & prevent document fraud • Develop identity document processing algorithms using foundation models or traditional machine learning, image processing & computer vision depending on deployment constraints • Prototype proof-of-concepts, then develop them into full production-ready solutions • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to deploy algorithms into production and manage long-term improvements • Develop algorithm components for cloud, server, and mobile deployment environments • Test, evaluate, and configure identity document processing and analysis solutions
